BOSVAC issues a one year parts and labor warranty with every rebuild or purchase. If a pump that we've repaired or sold breaks down in this period we will evaluate the pump and if the problem was caused by a replaced part defect or service error we will repair it free of charge. This warranty does not apply to problems caused by process contamination or user error, but we'll talk to each customer on an individual basis regarding this.

Our customers' happiness and the efficient repair of their scientific equipment are the only things that matter. We go above and beyond to ensure quality workmanship and careful attention to detail.

On the rare occasion in which a problem arises, we'll immediately start working to resolve the issue, and won't stop working until our customer is completely satisfied.
